Iceland

We went outside to play in the snow. What we found was our yard frozen solid. There was a small layer of actual snow from this morning. But mostly we were ice-skating. So, we took a few photos and high-tailed it back inside. Rory could've stayed outside longer...so I promised her fruit snacks if she'd come inside with us.
Emme was a trooper. Although she is not a fan of being bundled up and cried while waiting for the rest of us to get our coats on, she didn't whimper once while outside. Even as we sat her on the freezing ground for a photo op.

Rory loves the cold weather. She's very picky about what gloves we put on her hands...she has very cute (and warm) mittens, but insists on wearing the cheap gloves. I think she likes the freedom of still having the use of her fingers.
