Easter

Happy to report Rory fully appreciated the "egg hunt" tradition of Easter. Many times we heard her exclaim, "I found it!" during the small hunt we had in our living room Easter morning. Trying to tie in the truth of Easter, I shared with Rory that Jesus died because he loves us so much and then he came to life again. She's in a question stage so she replied, "Jesus died and then came to liiiiife?" She doesn't understand, but it sure sounded like she was asking deep theological questions.

It seems like I've developed an sub-conscious aversion to my camera...thanks to Aunt Kris for sending the photos she had taken my way.

Rory was given a blue hat to add to her dress up collection. Don't think I put that on my 8 month old...I know it doesn't match her dress.
Emme gets a flying lesson from Cousin Jill. You can see Rory in the background donning the new hat. (That is how you spell "donning"...I looked it up on my MacBook dashboard.)



Emme and MeMa. I still haven't decided how we should spell her name...MeeMaw or MeMa? The first one reminds me of HeeHaw...but I don't know if that's necessarily a bad thing. :)
